The following terms and conditions apply:

Delivery periods

Unless otherwise specified in the quote, domestic delivery of goods shall be made (Germany) within 3 - 5 days, for deliveries abroad within 7 - 14 days from conclusion of contract (if advance payment agreed from the date of the payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

If you have ordered articles with different delivery dates, we send the articles together in one delivery if no other agreement has been made. The delivery date for the complete order will be the same as that of the article with the longest delivery time.

The products are delivered all over the world. Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT):

Germany / Europe

Germany

All orders are being shipped with DHL.

  • DHL Warenpost National - 3,99€ (up to 0,5kg)

Includes basic tracking, no insurance. Delivered to mailbox.

  • DHL Paket - 5,99€

Includes detailed tracking and insurance. Delivered to door.

United Kingdom

All orders are being shipped with Fedex or Royal Mail.

With Tracking ("Tracked"):

  • Parcels up to 0,5kg - 6,99€ incl. Tracking (via Royal Mail)
  • Parcels up to 1kg - 9,99€ incl. Tracking (via Royal Mail)
  • Parcels up to 2kg - 12,99€ incl. Tracking (via Royal Mail)
  • Parcels over 2kg - shipping price is calculated individually during checkout

France

All orders are being shipped with Fedex, DHL or La Poste.

With Tracking ("Tracked"):

  • Parcels up to 0,5kg - 7,99€ incl. Tracking (via La Poste)
  • Parcels up to 1kg - 9,99€ incl. Tracking (via La Poste)
  • Parcels over 1kg - shipping price is calculated individually during checkout

Without Tracking ("Untracked"):

Please be aware that we do not issue refunds / provide replacements in case of loss. Choosing an untracked delivery method is at your own risk.
